Cost and speed

• Free delivery on every order — no minimum spend.
• Typical delivery is 2–5 working days from UK stock. The product page tells you if anything differs.
• You'll receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales). We're sorry that our couriers can't currently serve:

• Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
• Isle of Man (IM)
• Channel Islands (GY, JE)
• BFPO addresses

Checkout will let you know before payment if your address falls in one of these areas — you will never be charged for an order we can't deliver.

Something wrong?

If a parcel is late or arrives damaged, email us with your order reference and we'll chase or replace it. Damaged-in-transit items are always replaced or refunded in full.
