Privacy

We collect as little as an online shop can get away with. There are no customer accounts, no marketing database and no tracking quizzes.

• Orders: we keep your name, email and delivery address to fulfil your order, handle returns, and meet our legal record-keeping duties. Your address is shared with the warehouse and courier that deliver your parcel — that's what it's for — and nothing else.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers, and we couldn't read them if we wanted to.
• Basket: stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our systems. Clear your browser data and it's gone.
• Review surveys (optional): after you place an order, our confirmation page offers a Google Customer Reviews survey. It's strictly opt-in on that page — if you accept, Google receives your email address, order reference and estimated delivery date so it can email you one rating survey after delivery, and Google may set cookies as part of that programme (see Google's privacy policy; you can manage cookies in your browser settings). Decline and nothing is shared.
• No third-party ad tracking. We don't run tracking pixels or sell data. Ever.
