Weighted Fitness Hoop Portable Waist Friendly-Foldable Indoor Foldable Exercise

A weighted fitness hoop for waist workouts at home. Unlike a rigid one-piece hoop, this one folds down, which solves the two usual problems with hooping: where to store the thing, and how to take it anywhere. Fold it away in a cupboard between sessions, or pack it to keep up the habit wherever you are staying. The added weight makes each rotation work the waist harder than a standard lightweight hoop would, so a few minutes of practice indoors becomes a worthwhile session rather than just a spin.
